Overview

Training content for the SAP SuccessFactors customer courses are provided via the SAP Learning platform. The SuccessFactors eXpert (SFX) accreditations are provided via the SuccessFactors Administrator Learning Center (SFALC). If you do not currently have access to the SFALC, please follow the step by step instructions in the access guide. Please note, you must be a licensed SuccessFactors customer in order to access the SFALC. The SFX accreditation program is exclusive to the SFALC.

The SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Administration course enables you to navigate SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding. You will also learn to describe the functionality of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, set up role-based permissions for the module, explain data model configuration for data collection including the use of custom MDF objects for additional data, how to create onboarding and offboarding programs, manage onboarding documents, onboarding emails, compliance settings and onboarding reports.

What you'll learn

You will be able to grant permissions for SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, create and send emails, manage onboarding document templates, create and manage onboarding and offboarding programs, configure the Onboarding data model and custom MDF objects for data collection, configure compliance settings including custom compliance forms, manage email notifications, and create onboarding reports.
