Overview
This course explores advanced features in SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing, guiding learners through the full sourcing event evaluation and award process. Participants begin by locating and analyzing events using search tools, creating saved searches, and generating event reports. The course then moves into grading and scoring, covering automatic and blind grading, team grading, and scoring-enabled event setup, as well as assigning weight points, grading responses, and adjusting consensus grades. Next, learners focus on monitoring events, including tracking progress, modifying event durations, resending invitations, managing participant access, and placing surrogate bids. Finally, the course addresses reviewing responses and award creation, demonstrating how to evaluate supplier bid submissions, work with award scenarios, leverage bid analysis, apply optimization techniques, and incorporate team grading results into strategic award decisions.
