Overview
In this course, program administrators learn how to navigate SAP Fieldglass and configure administrative objects used within the Services module. Through a combination of lectures, demonstrations, and in-app exercises, this interactive course covers all areas of the Services module, including enhanced analytics and integrations with configuration manager. Students will gain understanding of the Services module, related transactional processes, and the tools available for analytics and integration. Hands-on exerciceses are highly emphasized to provide significant practical experience in the classroom.
